Welcome to Versira ("we," "our," or "us"). Versira is an AI-powered music prompt generation platform accessible at versira.co. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Versira provides AI-powered tools for generating music prompts, lyrics, and style descriptions intended for use with AI music generation platforms such as Suno AI. Our service includes:

• A conversational AI prompt generator with multiple creation modes

• A curated library of pre-made prompts and tags

• AI music news aggregation and tool discovery

Versira does not generate music directly. We generate text-based prompts and lyrics that users can then input into third-party music generation tools.

You may use limited features without an account. To access the full platform, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Versira operates on a credit-based system. Free users receive a limited number of credits per month. Paid subscribers receive additional credits based on their subscription tier.

Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed monthly. Credits do not roll over between billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Top-Up Packs: One-time credit purchases are available for paid subscribers. Top-up credits do not expire at the end of the billing period but are non-refundable.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Subscriptions: If you are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have not consumed more than 20% of your monthly credit allocation. Refund requests should be sent to buzzzcharts@gmail.com.

Top-Up Packs: Credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account.

Free Tier: No refunds apply to the free tier as no payment is required.

Refunds are processed through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy, and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

You agree not to use Versira to:

• Generate content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI systems or proprietary prompts

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service

• Share or resell your account access

• Circumvent credit limits or abuse the free tier through multiple accounts

Your Content: You retain ownership of any input you provide to our AI (such as song descriptions, themes, or partial lyrics). The AI-generated outputs (prompts, lyrics, style descriptions) are provided to you for your personal and commercial use.

Our Platform: The Versira platform, including its design, code, AI training, prompt engineering frameworks, and curated content library, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright and other laws.

Disclaimer: AI-generated content may occasionally resemble existing works. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not infringe on third-party rights.

Versira uses artificial intelligence (powered by Claude from Anthropic, customized by TT's Versira team) to generate content. AI outputs are probabilistic and may vary. We do not guarantee that generated content will be suitable for any specific purpose, free from errors, or entirely original.

We are not responsible for how you use the generated prompts or lyrics, or for the output produced by third-party music generation platforms.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. Credits are not refunded for temporary service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited and non-refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Versira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
